- Asian Healing Massage is a professional massage salon where only massage services are offered.

- Inappropriate behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the treatment without refund.
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. In case of late arrival, the treatment time may be shortened.
- Cancellations should be communicated in a timely manner.
- Mobile phones must be switched to silent mode during treatments.
- Good personal hygiene is appreciated out of respect for our staff.
- The use of alcohol or drugs prior to a treatment is not permitted.
- Clients must inform us in advance of any medical conditions, injuries or pregnancies.
- Asian Healing Massage reserves the right to refuse clients who do not comply with these rules.
- Asian Healing Massage cannot be held responsible for any medical injuries or health-related issues.
For Staff Members
- All staff members must work in a professional, respectful and customer-oriented manner.
- A well-groomed appearance and good personal hygiene are mandatory.
- The salon must always be kept clean, tidy and hygienic.
- Towels, equipment and treatment rooms must be cleaned after each session in accordance with hygiene standards.
- Discretion and confidentiality regarding clients are essential.
- Every staff member must treat clients with respect, regardless of origin, age, gender or beliefs.
- The offering of erotic or sexual services is strictly prohibited.
- Any inappropriate behaviour by clients must be reported immediately to the management.
- Appointments must be respected and clients must always be welcomed professionally.
- Staff members must work in accordance with Belgian legislation and possess the required self-employed status where applicable.
- The use of alcohol or drugs during working hours is strictly prohibited.
- A positive and cooperative attitude contributes to the quality of our services.
